By placing an order with Gravity Caddy USA & Canada (“Gravity Caddy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. SHIPPING POLICY

1.1 Shipping Coverage & Rates

We ship to:

  • Continental United States (48 contiguous states) — Flat Rate: $24.99 USD

  • Canada (most provinces) — Flat Rate: $24.99 USD

  • Hawaii — Flat Rate: $129 USD

Due to significantly higher carrier costs, shipping to Hawaii is subject to a higher flat rate fee of $129 USD per order.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska

  • Yukon

  • Northwest Territories

  • Nunavut

  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)

  • Remote or rural regions requiring special freight service

Orders placed from excluded regions may be cancelled at our sole discretion.


1.2 Carrier & Delivery Terms

Gravity Caddy reserves the right to select the shipping carrier at its sole discretion.

All shipments are sent via standard ground service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather

  • Customs clearance

  • Force majeure

  • High-volume shipping periods

  • Address errors


1.3 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships.


1.4 Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Gravity Caddy is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Theft after delivery

  • Refused shipments

  • Unclaimed shipments

If a package is returned due to:

  • Address errors

  • Delivery refusal

  • Failure to collect

The customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges and handling fees.


1.5 Damaged Shipments

If your product arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery

  • Clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging is required

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in claim denial.

We reserve the right to repair, replace, or deny claims following review.


2. WARRANTY POLICY

2.1 Limited One-Year Warranty

Gravity Caddy products include a limited one (1) year warranty from the original purchase date, valid only for the original purchaser.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials

  • Defects in workmanship under normal residential use

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage

  • Commercial driving range abuse or high-impact usage beyond intended design

  • Improper installation

  • Unauthorized modification or repair

  • Negligence

  • Misuse

  • Improper maintenance

  • Damage caused by third-party equipment

  • Acts of nature

Proof of purchase is required.

Warranty coverage is non-transferable.


2.2 Warranty Remedy Limitation

If a valid defect is confirmed, Gravity Caddy reserves the sole and exclusive right to:

  • Repair the defective component

  • Replace parts

  • Provide refurbished replacement parts

  • Replace the unit at our discretion

Warranty remedies do not include refunds unless required by applicable law.

Gravity Caddy is not liable for:

  • Labor costs

  • Installation costs

  • Downtime

  • Loss of business revenue

  • Indirect or consequential damages


3. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

3.1 Return Eligibility Requirements

Returns must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Return request submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be uninstalled

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Product must include all components and materials

  • Product must be in resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase provided

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


3.2 Mandatory Restocking Fee

A $49 restocking fee per product applies to all approved returns.

This fee covers:

  • Inspection

  • Repackaging

  • Administrative handling

  • Non-refundable payment processing fees

Restocking fees are non-negotiable.


3.3 Return Shipping & Deductions

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Once the restocking fee is paid, we will provide a return shipping label.

  • Unauthorized returns will be refused.

If returned merchandise:

  • Is damaged

  • Is missing parts

  • Shows signs of use

  • Is not in original packaging

Additional deductions may apply at our discretion.


3.4 Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days.

Refunds will exclude:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Restocking fee

  • Return shipping

  • Damage deductions

  • Missing component fees


3.5 Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed products

  • Commercial bulk orders

  • Wholesale/container orders

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or special-order products


3.6 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this policy.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt resolution constitutes a violation of these terms.

Gravity Caddy reserves the right to:

  • Dispute all chargebacks

  • Provide this policy and proof of delivery to payment processors

  • Recover associated fees where permitted by law


4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Gravity Caddy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.


5. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
