Love it, works great, pretty lightweight for the size! Love that it does not need power to work! Wish there was a button to hit to bring a new ball out that’s my only suggestion!!
Like the versatility of being able to swap out tees with one link box. Had bought 3 of the older link boxes. Would love to see a shorter tee ~ 40 mm for use with wedges and short irons. Had to macgyver one of the old style tees to this height and use in old link box to get around this issue.
This is a cool little device and its helpful for automatically popping a ball out to hit off the floor.
taking it to the range and pouring your balls into is better then the trays they have at most places. this makes it convenient and you can hold positions and swing away easier then having to reset you stance.
Makes the range work so much easier. You’re able to focus on the swing. No more fiddling with ball placements, retrieval, and basket mishaps. Just work on dialing in your swing. With this device, you will go through a full basket faster so muscle memory is developing.
Very well made and simple to use. Highly recommend for getting more shots in without having to replace your ball on the tee every swing. The team was great as well!
It’s an awesome concept, but still has some bugs in it. The arm doesn’t always drop the ball, sometimes you have to help it lower the ball. Then sometimes it will put a second ball down before I hit the one it placed. The mat isn’t large enough. Some of my customers are already tearing it up.
It does ok. It may just need to get broken in. It doesn’t drop range balls like it should. Sometimes it will drop another ball before I hit the one on tee. Sometimes I have to help the lever all the way down.

Hi John,
Thank you very much for your honest feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Based on what you described, the issue where an additional ball drops before the current ball is hit is typically related to the green link box not being fully connected.
We kindly recommend the following:
Disassemble the green link box.
Reconnect it carefully, ensuring it is fully seated in place.
You should feel a very slight “click” when it locks in — it is minimal and you may not hear it, but you should feel it engage.
We also recommend doing the same with the grey link box to ensure both components are properly secured.
When the link boxes are not completely engaged, it can cause the unit to dispense the next ball prematurely or require additional pressure on the lever. Once properly connected, this should fully resolve the issue and allow the unit to cycle smoothly.
If you would like, we’re more than happy to walk you through it step-by-step to ensure everything is functioning exactly as it should. Our goal is for you to have a seamless experience, and we stand behind the performance of the Gravity Caddy.
Thank you again for your feedback and for giving Gravity Caddy a try — we’re here to support you.
Took my gravity caddy to the driving range and it worked like a charm. Other golfers came up and asked about and an allowed a few to t-off it as well. I’d a a great back saver and game changer!!

Easty setup and works pretty darn well. I haven't tried the longer mat but i expect it will work okay too. And I want to see if my GC3 lauch monitor can be set up near or on the side and see the ball and still allow for the Caddy to set the ball on the tee.
i love it the problem with it is that my dog loves it as much as i do i would drop a ball and my dog would run up and take if off t he tee. it only took a few times it figured out how to work it. she would stand there wait for the ball to drop take it drop it on the mat and grab the next one till it was empty. i finally had to put my dog in the house so i could use it tytyty
Upon the arrival of my Gravity Caddy I was thoroughly impressed by the quality and packing. Another great thing is the ease of use....so far it has worked flawlessly. The downside was it took over 2 months for it to arrive from the date of order to date of receipt.
